You are sold out of the bag that I wanted. Will you restock?

When an item sells out you will see a box under the listing where you can sign up for restock alerts. When you sign up for these alerts it not only sends you an email once the item is restocked, but also helps me to see which bags I should restock based on interest. If the item listing has been removed it will not be restocked. Collections, formerly Fabric of the Week, are limited edition and in most cases will not be restocked.

I am not in the USA and would like to purchase an item from your shop, do you ship to my country? 

Germany: UPDATE! I have obtained a registration number with LUCID and can continue to ship to Germany.

United Kingdom: We have NOT been able to obtain a VAT number so we are unable to comply with the changing export tax laws. If you wish to purchase something from our shop, please know that you, the buyer are responsible for ALL VAT  incurred upon package arrivals.

Please note, We are a very small business and unfortunately do not have the same resources as larger corporations to be able to get certificates or obtain tax compliances.  The potential fines outweigh the amount we would make on a sale. Making it not cost effective from a business standpoint.  We appreciate your understanding.

What materials are used to create Moonlit Faye bags?

Moonlit Faye bags are most often made using cotton fabrics and on occasion a polyester-cotton blend as well. The label on the bags is made from cork. I am very mindful that no leather or animal products are used while making the bags. I prefer to use all natural materials, including the thread I use, which is also cotton. For the embroidered bags I use either Polyester, Cotton or Rayon threads. If you have any concerns about allergens please do send me an email.

When are items added to the shop?

New items are added to the shop each week on Sunday at 10am PST. I detail all new items in my weekly Newsletter that is sent out at the same time and day.

I have a bag idea that I don’t see in your shop. Do you offer custom listings?

I don’t take custom orders, however I do have an online suggestion box that you can access here. I do read them so be sure to share your ideas! Who knows, it may show up in a future Shop Update!

When do you ship?

We ship Monday through Friday, except on US Holidays.

Where do you ship to?

Moonlit Faye ships worldwide. Keep in mind that International Customers are responsible for any duties and VAT fees. Please see Shipping Policies for more details.

Do you combine shipping?

Any orders placed on the same day and that are shipping to the same address will automatically be combined into the same shipment unless otherwise indicated by the buyer.

I preordered a bag and bought another. When will my items ship?

If you placed an order for an in stock item and preordered another item, your items will ship together once the preorder is ready to ship. If you would like your items shipped separately please email me and I will be happy to ship your in stock items immediately.

What size bag should I get?

I have named the bags to match the deck sizes. For example, a pocket clutch will fit a pocket size deck. Most mass market decks will fit into a Small Clutch. Most Indie decks will fit into a Medium Clutch. However, there will be decks that don’t fit into this formula. I have also created a great reference that you can view here. What is a Collection, formerly known as Fabric of the Week (FOTW)?

Fabric of the Week is a limited edition set of various bags made from two fabrics, a main (outside fabric) and a lining (inside fabric). The bags created from these are limited edition and will not be restocked once sold out.
